The Indianapolis Colts have looked surprisingly competent since they lured Philip Rivers out of retirement, but they don't have a win to show for it. Things won't be any easier when the Jacksonville Jaguars come to Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday. The 11-4 Jags have surged to the top of the NFC South in Liam Coen's first season at the helm, with Trevor Lawrence at long last looking like a true franchise quarterback. Rivers showed that he still has a few tricks up his sleeve against the 49ers, so there should be some offense in this game. Which players make for the best anytime touchdown scorer picks for Week 17's Indianapolis vs. Jacksonville matchup? We've identified two strong plays.

We've picked one player from each side to score, with odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook. Top Colts vs. Jaguars anytime touchdown scorer props:

Jakobi Meyers anytime TD

Meyers has been excellent since arriving in a trade from Las Vegas, and the Jaguars responded by inking him to a three-year extension. While the wideout was held to just 46 yards last week, that performance came against the excellent Denver defense. The Colts, on the other hand, have allowed the second-most passing yards per game this season. Meyers should be able to eat here, and he's a strong candidate to find the end zone.

Alec Pierce anytime TD

Pierce scored twice in Monday's game against the 49ers -- there's clearly something here that Philip Rivers likes. While Michael Pittman is ostensibly the top scoring threat in the Indy passing game (and Jonathan Taylor is the offense's bedrock), this is a nice price to get for someone who just had a two-touchdown game with a new quarterback. Let's see if Rivers looks Pierce's way again.
