The Oklahoma City Thunder still lead the Western Conference, and they appear to be back on track, but that theory will be tested when they visit Madison Square Garden on Wednesday to face the New York Knicks. The Thunder (48-15) have a three-game lead over the San Antonio Spurs in the West and have won six of seven games since returning from the All-Star break. The only loss was to East leader Detroit. Meanwhile, the Knicks are third in the East (40-22) and are 5-2 since the break, with losses to Detroit and Cleveland. Both teams are on a back-to-back after victories Tuesday night. Oklahoma City is a 4.5-point favorite in the latest Thunder vs. Knicks odds, while the Over/Under is set at 222.5. The SportsLine Projection Model likes the Over in this one, giving Over 222.5 a "B" grade, as it hits in 59.8% of its simulations.             

The college basketball regular season is in its final week, so teams are still looking for signature wins to solidify their NCAA Tournament resumes. The Texas Longhorns have a chance at one Wednesday when they visit the No. 20 Arkansas Razorbacks. Texas (18-11, 11-5 in SEC) knocked off rival Texas A&M on Saturday and are in good position for an NCAA berth, while John Calipari's Razorbacks (21-8, 11-5) just lost by 34 to Florida. But their only other setback in their past seven games was in double overtime at Alabama, while Texas has won six of eight, with losses to Florida and Georgia. The Razorbacks are 7.5-point favorites in the latest Texas vs. Arkansas odds, but the SportsLine model has the Longhorns -- who are 7-2 against the spread on the road -- covering the spread in 53% of its simulations.
