Now, as the main event of a numbered fight, both have a decade-plus of UFC experience to fall back on. Oliveira, 36, is tied for the second-most wins in UFC history at 24, while Holloway, 34, would join that tie if he wins his 24th career bout on Saturday. Both are current record holders, with Holloway landing the most significant strikes (3,655) and total strikes (3,907) in UFC history, while Oliveira has the most finishes (21) and submissions (17) in UFC history.

These stats showcase their vastly different fight styles as well. Holloway looks to stand and strike, while Oliveira tries to wrestle his opponents down to submissions. Their first fight in 2015 had a fluky ending, with Holloway winning by TKO in the first round following an Oliveira shoulder injury.
