Conference tournament week will come to an end on Sunday with five championships and automatic bids into the 2025 NCAA Tournament on the line. The action begins at noon ET with Yale vs. Cornell in the Ivy League Championship Game and wraps up with the 2025 Big Ten Championship Game (3:30 p.m. ET) between Michigan and Wisconsin leading into the Selection Sunday show on CBS. Yale is a 5.5-point favorite over Cornell in the latest college basketball odds from DraftKings Sportsbook, while Wisconsin is favored by 3.5 against Michigan.

Elsewhere on the Sunday college basketball schedule, Tennessee and Florida will go head-to-head with a potential No. 1 seed on the line in the 2025 SEC Tournament Championship Game. Tipoff is at 1 p.m. ET and the Gators are favored by 5.5 over the Volunteers. Meanwhile, VCU is an 8.5-point favorite over George Mason in the A-10 Championship Game (at 1 p.m. ET on CBS), while Memphis is a 4.5-point favorite over UAB in the 2025 AAC Title Game at 3:15 p.m. ET.

College basketball fans can take advantage of the latest DraftKings sportsbook bonus, which provides new users with $150 in bonus bets after placing an initial wager of just $5.

Cornell (+5.5) to cover vs. Yale

Both of these teams have been profitable against the spread this season, with Cornell and Yale both going 17-10 against the number. However, it's Cornell that has been the better bet of late, covering in six consecutive games entering Sunday's Ivy League Championship Game while Yale has failed to cover in three of its last four. The Big Red covered comfortably as 11.5-point underdogs in a 92-88 loss at Yale to kick off that run and the model predicts that Cornell covers in nearly 60% of simulations today.

Tennessee (+5.5) to cover vs. Florida

These two teams met twice during the regular season, with Florida winning by 30 at home on Jan. 7 and then Tennessee responding with a 20-point blowout win of its own in Knoxville on Feb. 1. Now they'll have a rubber match for the SEC Tournament title and possibly a No. 1 seed in March Madness, and the model predicts that it is Tennessee's defense that helps keep this one close. It predicts that the Volunteers hold the Gators to 75 points (10 below their season average) to cover in over 60% of sims.

Wisconsin (-3.5) to cover vs. Michigan

John Tonje had a tough time at Missouri last season after transferring from Colorado State, but he's reinvented himself at Wisconsin and he's playing his best basketball of the year entering the Big Ten championship game on Sunday. He scored 32 points and had a game-winning block in a win over Michigan State last night and also had 26 points in a win over UCLA on Friday. Meanwhile, Michigan is 4-12 against the spread over its last 16 games. That why the model predicts that the Badgers cover the spread in well over 50% of simulations.

DraftKings has a promotion similar to two of the other best sportsbook apps in FanDuel and bet365, both of which offer bonus bets after an initial wager of $5. Both DraftKings and bet365 net the new user $150 in bonus bets, while FanDuel is offering $200. The difference, though, is that FanDuel requires new users to win their first bet in order to receive the $200 in bonus bets, while it doesn't matter if your first bet wins or loses on DraftKings and bet365.

BetMGM and Fanatics are both running promotions that effectively serve as bet insurance for bettors. BetMGM's has the higher potential return in that it offers up to $1,500 in bonus bets, but that's only if your first bet loses and the return is equal to the amount of your initial wager. Fanatics offers up to $1,000 in "No Sweat Bets" where, if your first bet on any of your first 10 days with the sportsbook loses, you'll receive your wager back in the form of bonus bets up to $100. That returns a maximum of $1,000 in bonus bets, but it also requires each of those bets to lose in order to receive them. As for Caesars, its offer is a bit different as if you place a $1 bet, you can double your winnings on each of your next 10 bets. The maximum wager for each rewarded profit boost is $25, and the max additional winnings for each rewarded profit boost is $2,500.
