Watts' 20 lead Oakland over Marshall 78-71 in the Cayman Islands Classic

GEORGE TOWN, Cayman Islands (AP) Rocket Watts had 20 points in Oakland's 78-71 victory over Marshall on Tuesday in the Cayman Islands Classic.

Watts shot 7 for 15 (1 for 6 from 3-point range) and 5 of 6 from the free throw line for the Golden Grizzlies (3-3). Chris Conway scored 18 points and added five rebounds. Jack Gohlke was 6 of 17 shooting (5 for 15 from 3-point range) to finish with 17 points.

The Thundering Herd (2-3) were led by Kevon Voyles, who posted 18 points and two steals. Marshall also got 12 points, 11 rebounds and two blocks from Nate Martin. Wyatt Fricks also had nine points, 11 rebounds and two steals.
