Watson has 19 as Loyola Chicago beats Fordham 65-61

NEW YORK (AP) Des Watson had 19 points in Loyola Chicago's 65-61 victory over Fordham on Saturday.

Watson shot 6 of 10 from the field and 5 for 6 from the line for the Ramblers (13-6, 5-1 Atlantic 10 Conference). Dame Adelekun scored 17 points while going 6 of 11 and 5 of 6 from the free throw line. Jayden Dawson shot 6 for 10, including 1 for 3 from beyond the arc to finish with 13 points.

Elijah Gray led the Rams (8-10, 2-3) in scoring, finishing with 15 points. Jahmere Tripp added 11 points for Fordham. In addition, Will Richardson had 11 points and two steals.
