Duke will be the team to beat in San Antonio, Texas, next week for the 2025 Final Four, according to betting lines that opened at the conclusion of the NCAA Tournament's second weekend on Sunday. The Blue Devils have the shortest odds at +105 to win the national championship ahead of Florida, Houston and Auburn — in that order.
Florida has the second-best odds at +260 and Houston has the third-best odds at +400. Auburn, the No. 1 overall seed, has the longest odds at +500.
Auburn's odds were +410 during its Elite Eight game vs. Michigan State on Sunday before dropping to +500 following multiple injuries to star Johni Broome during the game in a scary play that briefly sidelined him. Florida's odds as a result moved from +280 to +260.
This year's Final Four features four No. 1 seeds for the first time since 2008 so there are no true underdogs, as the markets reflect. Florida is just a 2.5 point favorite over Auburn on the left side of the bracket and Duke is favored by 4.5 points vs. Houston on the right side.
