The Citadel Bulldogs will look to snap a 12-game losing streak to the rival Charleston Cougars when they meet in a non-conference matchup on Wednesday night. Charleston is coming off a 68-47 loss to Liberty on Sunday, while The Citadel dropped an 82-73 loss decision to North Carolina A&T that same day.
