College hoops is ready to rock and roll, and we've got a tremendous doubleheader going down out in the Pacific Ocean. Kansas-Indiana is on the back end of a great doubleheader between four ranked teams; Michigan State-Arizona comes first.

Here is the how to watch info for the MSU-Zona game.

SportsLine has the line at Michigan State -1.5.

The four teams are playing in the Armed Force Classic in Hawaii. An appropriate gathering on Veterans Day. For Izzo, it's his first game as MSU coach since being inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. Here are some things to watch for each team, followed by our panel of experts' picks against the spread and, finally, my prediction against ATS.

Michigan State

The Spartans enter this game with a team unlike Tom Izzo has ever had. Ben Carter and Gavin Schilling -- two critical front-court pieces for the Spartans -- are out. Though MSU has not put out official word on the status and timeline of Carter's injury, I'm told it's almost certain he will not play this season. Schilling? That's to be determined, but he won't be on the floor for this game. That means MSU will go small and put on display its four-man freshman class. The best class Izzo's had in his career. Miles Bridges is the name to know, but Josh Langford and Nick Ward will prove to be key pieces. Fortunately, veterans in the backcourt -- Eron Harris, Tum Tum Nairn -- will be in the rotation and essential to MSU's chances in this game.

Arizona

The storyline that matters most: Allonzo Trier's eligibility. Sean Miller, Arizona's coach, has not said one word indicating what it is that's keeping Trier from being in uniform. The sophomore combo guard did not even take the team flight out to Hawaii. Without him, Arizona is a different team. And the Wildcats will also not have Ray Smith, a former five-star prospect with NBA talent who had to give up the game of basketball before every playing it due to three ACL tears in 30 months' time. Sad story, and with all of this, Arizona is young and unpredictable.

Norlander's prediction

Both teams will put their frosh on display. Let them get their sea legs under them, but I think this is going to be a fun, sloppy game. Lauri Markkanen, who I think will win Pac-12 Freshman of the Year, will be bolstered by Rawle Alkins and Kobi Simmons for Arizona. MSU will be the better defensive team in this game, but there's so much unknown here, why not go with the team filled with more fun players who will have the size underneath? That's Arizona. Michigan State will need some games to adjust to something resembling a rather large four-guard attack. Arizona with the points is the pick. -- Arizona +1.5
