Lorenzo Romar has revamped his staff.
Last week, Washington's head coach hired T.J. Otzelberger away from his spot as the associate head coach at Iowa State for a similar position with the Huskies.
Now he's brought back Raphael Chillious, who left U-Dub a year ago to return back to the northeast for Villanova. An official announcement on Chillious is expected on Thursday.
Romar's recruiting has taken a hit of late, but the addition of both Otzelberger and Chillious should make certain the talent level gets back to what it had been through the majority of Romar's tenure at Washington.
Otzelberger has strong west coast ties from his days in California while Chillious is a former Nike guy who built prep schools West Nottingham and South Kent virtually from scratch.
Romar is regarded as one of the strongest recruiters on the west coast, and now he'll have two guys that should be able to put him in position to close the deal.
