Nigel Hayes' ability to decipher good acting from bad acting is impeccable.

Oklahoma Sooners star Khadeem Lattin attempted a brief, dramatic audition during the game on Saturday in front of Hayes. And he was clearly not sold on the acting job done here by Lattin, who woefully flails his arms in the air reacting to ... absolutely nothing.

It was so bad, it even cracked a smile on his face for an attempt that completely bombed. We also call that "flopping" in basketball. But Hayes, who led Wisconsin to a 90-70 victory, saw it a different way.

Fortunately for Lattin, he's not majoring in drama. And he probably shouldn't anytime soon. But the way Nigel Hayes quickly sniffed out the flop ... perhaps we've found him a new career as a judge.
