Is there something in the college basketball water these days?
On Saturday afternoon, Duke's Grayson Allen, who you'd think would be extra careful to not even appear to be tripping someone, committed what would at best be a "questionable" play by kicking his leg back in reaction to a screen.
Then, hours later, Oregon's Dillon Brooks did his best to top it. He went down after failing to secure a rebound, and his reaction was a swift kick to the, shall we say, soft spot of a poor Washington State bystander.
Brooks was assessed a flagrant 2 as a result of the play, as officials ruled it to be an intentional kick by Brooks.
