Pacers' Jarace Walker: Iffy for Wednesday
Walker (ankle) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against Dallas.
Walker presumably sustained the right ankle sprain during Monday's overtime win over Minnesota, during which he limped to the bench after an awkward landing, per Tony East of WTHR Channel 13 Indianapolis. If the 21-year-old forward is sidelined Wednesday, Ben Sheppard and Obi Toppin could see a bump in minutes.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Productive in starting role
Walker finished Monday's 132-130 overtime victory over the Timberwolves with 13 points (5-12 FG, 3-8 3Pt), five rebounds, one assist and two steals across 35 minutes.
Walker made his third start of the season Monday due to the absences of Myles Turner (hip), Pascal Siakam (personal) and Aaron Nesmith (ankle), and there's no question Walker made the most of the opportunity. However, fantasy managers shouldn't overreact to just one game. Walker is expected to continue being a depth option for the Pacers, and he should have limited minutes at his disposal when the team is at full strength.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Back in starting lineup Monday
Walker is in Indiana's starting lineup against Minnesota on Monday, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Walker has been a healthy scratch for the Pacers' last three games, but the 2023 first-round pick will make his third start of the season Monday due to the absences of Myles Turner (hip), Pascal Siakam (personal) and Aaron Nesmith (ankle). Walker's last start was March 6 against the Hawks, and he finished that game with eight points, seven rebounds, one assist and one block over 25 minutes.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Returning to bench Saturday
Walker is not in the Pacers' starting lineup against the Hawks on Saturday, Tony East of WTHR Channel 13 Indianapolis reports.
Walker made his second start of the season Thursday against the Hawks and finished with eight points, seven rebounds, one assist and one block over 25 minutes. Even with Tyrese Haliburton (hip) missing a second straight game, Walker will come off the bench Saturday while Ben Sheppard enters the Pacers' starting five.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Balanced effort in starting lineup
Walker recorded eight points (4-9 FG, 0-2 3Pt), seven rebounds, one assist and one block over 25 minutes in Thursday's 124-118 loss to Atlanta.
Walker received a starting nod Thursday while Bennedict Mathurin works his way back to the floor with a sprained left wrist, putting forth a balanced showing. Walker finished second on the team in rebounds and two points shy of the double-digit mark in his second start of the year. In those two starts, Walker has averaged 6.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Getting chance to start
Walker is starting Thursday's game against the Hawks.
Walker is set to make his second start of the season after being recalled from the G League on Monday. He'll presumably be in line for a healthy workload with Bennedict Mathurin on the mend from a sprained left wrist.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Returns from G League
The Pacers recalled Walker from the G League's Indiana Mad Ants on Monday.
Walker made his first appearance of the season in the G League in the Mad Ants' win over Raptors 905 on Monday, but the Pacers have quickly brought him back. The 2023 first-round pick should continue serving as frontcourt depth, but he's averaging just 5.4 minutes per game over his last six appearances in the NBA and is unlikely to see consistent run while Myles Turner and Pascal Siakam are healthy.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Sees garbage-time run Thursday
Walker (back) played the final 1:31 of Thursday's 127-113 win over the Grizzlies, recording one assist and no other statistics.
After missing the Pacers' final game before the All-Star break due to a sore lower back, Walker got the green light to play Thursday. However, with Myles Turner (neck) making his return from a three-game absence and playing 32 minutes, the Pacers didn't have room in the rotation for Walker while the contest was competitive. The Pacers will likely have to be without Turner, Pascal Siakam, Obi Toppin and Thomas Bryant for a given game in order for Walker to receive meaningful playing time.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Cleared from injury report
Walker (back) is not listed on the injury report for Thursday's game against the Grizzlies.
Walker missed Indiana's final game before the All-Star break with a back injury, but he's been cleared to return Thursday. The 2023 first-rounder should return to a reserve role against Memphis, but he's struggled to the tune of 3.3 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 12.2 minutes per game through his last eight outings.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Ruled out Wednesday
Walker (back) is out for Wednesday's game against the Wizards.
Walker will sit out the second leg of Indiana's back-to-back Wednesday due to a back issue. His next chance to play is Feb. 20 against the Grizzlies. With the Pacers' frontcourt missing some key contributors against Washington, Thomas Bryant and Obi Toppin will look to hold down the fort.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Iffy against Washington
Walker (back) has been listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Wizards, Tony East of WTHR Channel 13 Indianapolis reports.
Despite being healthy, Walker hasn't played in two of the last six games for the Pacers and might be trending toward missing the team's final game before the NBA All-Star break with back soreness. The 21-year-old forward hasn't played much this season at 16.6 minutes per contest but has put up career-high numbers across the board for Indiana with 6.1 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game, shooting a career-best 45.8 percent from the floor.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Muted scoring in win
Walker racked up three points (1-3 FG, 1-3 3Pt), two rebounds, two assists and two blocks over 21 minutes during Wednesday's 133-119 victory over Detroit.
Walker has now failed to score double-digit points for the fifth straight game. While the 21-year-old forward is shooting 46.6 percent from the field and 38.8 percent from three this season, he averages just 6.2 points per contest. However, Walker's main contributions have come on the defensive end, as he has recorded at least one steal or block in 30 of his 46 appearances in 2024-25.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Leads Indiana's bench in loss
Walker notched 11 points (4-8 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one block over 18 minutes during Tuesday's 127-117 loss to the Cavaliers.
Walker led the Pacers' bench in scoring, but he couldn't find his rhythm from beyond the arc in the loss. Despite struggles from three-point range Tuesday, the 21-year-old is still on pace to shoot 40.2 percent from downtown on 2.6 attempts per contest. The second-year pro has received fairly inconsistent playing time this season, though he has provided a valuable spark off the bench, averaging career-high numbers across the board.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Career-best night on glass
Walker finished with eight points (3-5 FG, 2-3 3Pt), 12 rebounds, two assists, one block and two steals over 22 minutes off the bench during Sunday's 108-93 win over Cleveland.
The dozen boards were a career high for the second-year forward, and Walker had never even posted double digits in the category prior to Sunday. While his court time and usage from the Pacers' second unit remain erratic -- this was the first time since Dec. 29 that he saw 20-plus minutes -- Walker's play appears to be on an upswing. Over the last 10 games, he's shooting 53.2 percent from the floor and 51.9 percent (14-for-27) from beyond the arc while averaging 9.3 points, 3.2 boards, 1.4 assists, 1.4 threes and 1.0 steals in just 17.0 minutes a contest.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Scores in double digits off bench
Walker logged 12 points (5-7 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-3 FT), three assists, two boards, one steal and one block in 19 minutes of play during Wednesday's 129-113 win over the Bulls.
Walker has been in good form of late, having scored in double digits in six of his last eight games, despite reaching that mark just five times over the first 30 contests of the season. He doesn't contribute much outside of his scoring though, so while Pascal Siakam, Bennedict Mathurin and Obi Toppin remain ahead of him in the depth chart, it'll be difficult for Walker to provide consistent fantasy output. His next outing comes Friday against the Warriors.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Scores in double figures
Walker finished Tuesday's 120-112 loss to the Bucks with 11 points (3-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT), one rebound, one assist, one block and three steals across 16 minutes.
For the first time in his career, Walker has scored in double figures in four straight games. During that stretch, Walker has averaged 12.5 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.8 three-pointers in 21.1 minutes. He clearly has upside, but the minutes aren't where his fantasy managers would like for them to be.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Hands out season-high five assists
Walker finished Friday's 142-105 loss to the Celtics with 15 points (5-10 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 4-6 FT), five assists and two steals over 28 minutes.
Walker's 15 points and season-high five assists offered the Pacers a lift off the bench in Friday's blowout defeat, with the former figure falling just two points short of the forward's season-high 17 points that were posted back during a Nov. 6 win over Orlando. Walker has seen minutes in the 20s in only seven of his last 13 appearances, a period in which he's averaging 7.2 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 0.8 steals and 1.1 three-pointers in 19.0 minutes. The 21-year-old former No. 8 overall pick has yet to carve out a consistent role off Indiana's bench during his second season, but Walker does present a short-term boost in fantasy value while Obi Toppin's (ankle) status remains up in the air for Sunday's meeting with Boston.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Nearly double-doubles
Walker finished Sunday's 119-104 win over New Orleans with eight points (3-10 FG, 2-7 3Pt), nine rebounds and two assists in 21 minutes.
Performances like these have been too few and far between for Walker. Through seven December outings, he's averaging just 6.1 points, 4.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.1 three-pointers in 20.6 minutes per contest.

Pacers' Jarace Walker: Productive off bench
Walker ended with 15 points (6-7 FG, 3-4 3Pt), three rebounds and one block over 20 minutes during Sunday's 113-109 loss to the Hornets.
This was Walker's third career game with at least 15 points, as he finished two points shy of his career-best mark of 17. Strong fantasy lines have been few and far between, however, as Walker scored a combined eight points in his previous three outings. He's not a viable fantasy option outside of deep formats for the time being.
