Bucks' Bonzie Colson: Solid in consolation-round loss
Colson managed 14 points (6-10 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists and two steals across 25 minutes during the Bucks' 99-84 loss to the Trail Blazers in a Las Vegas Summer League consolation game Friday.
Colson found his way into eight regular-season games during his rookie season, posting averages of 4.9 points and 3.8 rebounds across 12.3 minutes per contest. The 23-year-old followed that up with a solid showing in Las Vegas, averaging 13.2 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.0 assist across 22.4 minutes over five games. He'll look to continue showing well in training camp and preseason in the hopes of earning a reserve wing role from the start of the upcoming season.

Bucks' Bonzie Colson: Scores 18 points in Saturday's win
Colson finished with 18 points (6-11 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 3-5 FT) and four rebounds in 21 minutes during Saturday's 89-83 win over the Hawks.
Colson was extremely efficient and effective offensively once again, this after pouring in 22 points (5-10 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 11-13 FT), five boards, two steals, one assist, and one block in 25 minutes during Friday's summer league opener versus the 76ers. Colson's ability to put the ball in the basket from all over the floor and then crass the glass on both ends gives him an avenue toward eventual success. Still, even if he does stick with the Bucks, it won't be easy for Colson to earn consistent minutes on a contender.

Bucks' Bonzie Colson: Second career double-double
Colson scored 21 points (7-16 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 4-5 FT) while adding 10 rebounds and three steals in 45 minutes during Wednesday's 127-116 loss to the Thunder.
The rookie got two starts in the final six games of the season for a Bucks team resting starters in advance of the playoffs and racked up a big double-double in both, but Colson barely saw the court otherwise. Expect the latter to be the case when Milwaukee takes on Detroit in the first round.

Bucks' Bonzie Colson: Huge double-double out of nowhere
Colson finished with 15 points (5-18 FG, 1-9 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 16 rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block over 41 minutes in the Bucks' overtime loss to the Hawks on Sunday.
Colson got the starting nod in just his fourth NBA game after spending most of this season in the G-League. He came out of nowhere to score 15 points and pull down 16 boards in a huge effort. He'll almost certainly revert back to a bench role soon, but he may be worth a look as a daily dart-throw if any more spot starts come his way.

Bucks' Bonzie Colson: To start Sunday vs. Hawks
Colson will start at small forward in Sunday's contest against Atlanta, Matt Velazquez of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Colson's move to the starting lineup comes as a surprise, even with Giannis Antetokounmpo (ankle) and Khris Middleton (groin) ruled out. He hasn't played more than three minutes in an NBA game in his career but will figure to see significant action against Atlanta before returning to a bench role in the near future.

Monday marked Colson's 10th double-double of the season, but only his third since the start of January. Christian Wood's release has opened up a starting spot in the rotation for Colson, who along with Shevon Thompson, likely stand to benefit the most with the roster change.
