Spurs' Julian Champagnie: Strong two-way effort off bench
Champagnie had 20 points (6-9 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 4-5 FT), five rebounds, two assists, one block and three steals across 23 minutes during Sunday's 123-89 win over the Raptors.
Champagnie filled the box score Sunday, providing a spark on both ends of the floor off the bench. The St. John's product is shooting 46.9 percent from beyond the arc across his last six outings, during which he's averaged 10.2 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.0 steals and 2.5 three-pointers in 22.2 minutes as a solid source of swipes and triples for fantasy managers in category-based formats.

Spurs' Julian Champagnie: Quiet again Wednesday
Champagnie recorded seven points (3-9 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), two rebounds and two steals across 18 minutes during Wednesday's 126-116 win over Dallas.
Champagnie scored in single digits for the sixth straight game, continuing to play a limited role off the bench. While he has had some nice flashes this season, Champagnie has largely served as a depth piece, averaging 9.5 points and 2.0 three-pointers in 23.2 minutes per game thus far.

Spurs' Julian Champagnie: Ejected against Oklahoma City
Champagnie was ejected from Sunday's game against the Thunder, Andrew Schlecht of The Athletic reports.
Champagnie appeared to get in an altercation with Kenrich Williams, which escalated into a scuffle resulting in Champagnie, Williams and Luguentz Dort being ejected. Champagnie concludes the contest with eight points (3-4 FG, 2-3 3Pt) and two assists in 10 minutes of play.

Spurs' Julian Champagnie: Pops for 18 off bench
Champagnie closed with 18 points (6-13 FG, 6-11 3Pt), four rebounds, four assists and two steals over 19 minutes off the bench during Sunday's 114-96 loss to the Pelicans.
No San Antonio starter produced more than 13 points on the night, leaving Champagnie tied with Keldon Johnson for the team scoring lead. It's the second time in three games since Victor Wembanyama (shoulder) was lost for the season that Champagnie has delivered 15 or more points from the second unit, and Sunday's six made threes tied his season high. His usage may be on the upswing, but the third-year wing has played fewer than 20 minutes in seven straight contests, putting a firm cap on his upside.

Spurs' Julian Champagnie: Offense wakes up
Champagnie recorded 15 points (5-7 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds and two assists over 16 minutes off the bench during Thursday's 120-109 win over the Suns.
The third-year wing had gone 16 straight games without scoring in double digits before Thursday's surprising performance, with the drought extending back to a 12-point effort against the Bulls on Jan. 6. The Spurs are looking for someone to step up offensively with Victor Wembanyama (shoulder) shockingly lost for the rest of the season, so Champagnie should get plenty of chances to show he can repeat Thursday's production. Without more court time, however, Champagnie is unlikely to become a consistent fantasy asset.

Spurs' Julian Champagnie: Offers little in loss
Champagnie registered zero points (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt), one rebound and one steal in 13 minutes during Saturday's 112-111 loss to the Magic.
Champagnie continues to produce next to nothing, having now scored a total of just eight points in his last three games. Although he has carved out a regular spot in the rotation, his opportunities to play meaningful minutes are few and far between. In 13 games over the past month, Champagnie has averaged just 4.6 points, 1.0 steals and 1.1 three-pointers in 18.0 minutes per contest.

Champagnie closed with five points (2-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt), two rebounds, one assist and two steals over 14 minutes during Wednesday's 128-116 loss to the Clippers.
Champagnie failed to score double-digit points for the eighth straight contest. Over that span, the 23-year-old forward is shooting just 31.9 percent from the field and 28.6 percent from three. However, Champagnie continues to be a disruptor on defense, as he has tallied multiple steals in nine outings in 2024-25.

Spurs' Julian Champagnie: Comes close to double-double
Champagnie chipped in 19 points (5-10 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 5-5 FT), eight rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals across 32 minutes during Sunday's 127-125 victory over Sacramento.
Champagnie has been one of the standout performers for the Spurs this season, having a breakthrough year while settling well in a starting role. The eight boards tied a season-high mark for him, and he's also scored in double digits in all but one of his last 10 appearances. The third-year forward out of St. John's is averaging 13.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.2 steals per game in that stretch.

Champagnie has settled in well in a starting role this season, and he's been surprisingly productive despite not having a substantial role in the Spurs' offensive scheme. The former St. John's star has scored in double digits in all but one of his last nine outings, averaging 12.9 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game while shooting 34.3 percent from deep in that span.

Spurs' Julian Champagnie: Keeps production up in win
Champagnie ended with 12 points (5-11 FG, 2-7 3Pt), seven rebounds, one block and two steals over 28 minutes during Tuesday's 110-104 win over the Thunder.
Champagnie's floor is a little shaky, but his rebound totals have been very consistent. He depends on shot volume to complete a fantasy-viable stat line, but he's shown the ability to pop on occasion. His highest scoring total for the year is 21 points, and he's recorded double-digit totals in eight of his last nine games.
