Prosper ended with 25 points (9-13 FG, 7-8 3Pt) and five rebounds over 25 minutes during Saturday's 122-115 loss to Portland.
Prosper is well positioned to succeed after Jaren Jackson's trade, and although he's still coming off the bench, he's getting his first real chance as a daily contributor in the league. A return to the G League is highly unlikely for Prosper, who should be a key part of Memphis' rebuilding effort as the team's playoff hopes fade.

Prosper isn't part of the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Portland.
The Grizzlies have been severely shorthanded in the frontcourt recently, and it was Prosper who was called upon to serve as the team's starting center last time out. However, Kyle Anderson is available Saturday night, and the veteran forward will take over center duties from Prosper. Given the Grizzlies' sheer lack of bodies, expect Prosper to see significant run off the bench.

Prosper closed with 13 points (3-13 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 5-6 FT), six rebounds and two assists in 28 minutes during Friday's 135-115 loss to Portland.
The 2023 first-round pick made his first start of the season with Santi Aldama (knee) unavailable, and Prosper responded by tying his season high in points, a mark he had just set Jan. 31 against Minnesota. Prosper has seen a larger role in the frontcourt rotation over the last week, averaging 9.3 points, 5.5 boards, 1.0 assists, 1.0 threes and 0.8 steals in 22.8 minutes across the last four games, but he'll face increased competition for court time once the newly acquired Taylor Hendricks and Kyle Anderson (illness) are up to speed.

Prosper was back in the rotation after having sat out the previous four games. This came out of nowhere, especially the fact that he logged 26 minutes, matching his season high. Given he has not been an every-night part of the rotation, it's hard to envisage a world where Prosper should be considered a viable fantasy asset, particularly in moderate to shallow leagues.

Prosper ended Sunday's 117-104 loss to the Raptors with six points (2-3 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds and one steal across 12 minutes.
Despite being on a two-way contract, Prosper has seen the court for all but two games this season but has had very limited playing time in those appearances. While he will likely split time with the Memphis Hustle of the G-League, Prosper is still a polarizing prospect and may be called up back to the Grizzlies in the event of injury.

Grizzlies' Olivier-Maxence Prosper: Joins Memphis on two-way deal
Prosper (wrist) signed a two-way contract with the Grizzlies on Thursday, ESPN's Shams Charania reports.
The Mavericks were forced to let go of Prosper in order to sign Dante Exum. Charania notes that Prosper generated a lot of interest elsewhere before he ultimately agreed to join the Grizzlies. Because he's on a two-way deal, Prosper could spend a lot of time with the Memphis Hustle in the G League to open the season.

The Mavericks waived Prosper (wrist) on Friday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Prosper missed the final month of last season after undergoing surgery for a right wrist injury, and he'll now look to find a home elsewhere ahead of the 2025-26 season. It's unclear how far along he is in his rehab, which could impact his value before training camp. After the calendar flipped to 2025, Prosper averaged 5.1 points, 2.9 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 0.7 steals in 14.1 minutes per game over his final 30 regular-season appearances.

Prosper has been ruled out for the remainder of the 2024-25 season after undergoing surgery Wednesday to repair a right wrist injury.
As expected, Prosper's second NBA season came to an end after he suffered a significant wrist sprain earlier this month. He made 52 appearances this season, averaging 3.9 points and 2.4 rebounds in 11.2 minutes per contest while shooting just 40.2 percent from the field and 23.5 percent from three-point range.

Prosper was diagnosed Friday with a significant right wrist injury and is expected to undergo season-ending surgery in the near future, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Prosper becomes the latest in a long line of Mavericks players to succumb to a significant injury. Assuming Prosper elects not to play through the injury, he'll finish his second NBA season with averages of 3.9 points, 2.4 rebounds and 0.8 assists in 11.2 minutes per game over 52 appearances. Prosper had typically been outside of the rotation on the few occasions the Mavericks have been at full strength this season, but he had appeared in each of the last 33 contests.
