Robinson’s long college journey ended prematurely. Robinson underwent season-ending wrist surgery in February, which ended a long and well-traveled college career. Robinson bypassed the 2024 NBA Draft to return to school and play for his former coach at BYU – Mark Pope — during his first season as the coach at Kentucky.
- Played at four different schools during his five-year college career: Texas A&M, Arkansas, BYU and Kentucky
- Averaged 13 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists during his lone season at Kentucky
- Plus-shooter. During his final two seasons at BYU and Kentucky, Robinson attempted 6.9 3-pointers per night. He knocked them down at over a 36% clip.
- Secondary playmaking. Robinson won’t be a primary playmaker in the NBA, but he did show flashes of being able to contribute as a secondary playmaker.
- Finishing vs. contact. Only 17.6% of Robinson’s shot attempts were at the rim, and he only attempted 1.1 free throws per game in college.
- Injury concerns and age. Robinson is coming off a season-ending wrist injury that cut his college career short.

Cavaliers' Jaxson Robinson: Scores 13 points with two steals
Robinson recorded 13 points (4-13 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 1-1 FT), six rebounds, one assist and two steals over 24 minutes during Monday's 90-73 Las Vegas Summer League win over the Heat.
Through three Summer League games, Robinson has ripped away a total of five steals. He did a nice job of picking his spots in the offense during Monday's win and recorded his first double-digit scoring game in Las Vegas.

Cavaliers' Jaxson Robinson: Inks Exhibit 10 deal
Robinson signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Cavaliers on Tuesday, Jon Chepkevich of RookieScale.com reports.
Robinson is set to compete for the Cavaliers in Summer League on a non-guaranteed contract. The 22-year-old guard spent his final collegiate season with Kentucky, averaging 13.0 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists across 28.0 minutes per game in 24 outings.
