No. 1 -- RB Young. The top three RBs -- Marlin Lane, Devrin Young and Rajion Neal -- all had their moments, but Young boosted his stock the most this spring. Though small in stature (5-7, 175), Young showed he can be more than just a PR. He averaged 8.6 yards per offensive touch in the first two scrimmages and showed some burst in the Orange and White Game as he averaged 4.9 yards per carry against the first-team defense. No. 2 -- NT Clark. Sophomore NT Greg Clark only appeared in one game in 2011, but he found himself starting in the Orange and White Game Saturday after a strong spring. Coach Derek Dooley had good things to say about the 320-pound lineman: "He kind of went from a guy just on the roster to a guy battling it out in the two-deep." No. 3 -- LT Richardson. Coaches said they were "experimenting" when they put sophomore Antonio 'Tiny' Richardson at LT and moved former LT Dallas Thomas to LG at the beginning of the spring. That experiment seems to have worked as that look stuck throughout the spring and the Vols showed improvement running the ball in both scrimmages and in the Orange and White Game Saturday.
