Air Force vs. San Diego State updates: Live NCAAF game scores, results for Saturday
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Air Force vs. San Diego State football game
Game Recap
The San Diego State Aztecs won the last time they faced the Air Force Falcons, and things went their way on Saturday, too. The Aztecs managed a 20-14 win over Air Force. That's two games in a row now that San Diego State have won by six points.
No one had a standout game offensively for San Diego State, but they got scores from RB Kaegun Williams and RB Chance Bell. On the other hand, one thorn in San Diego State's side was the less-than-spectacular play of QB Lucas Johnson, who passed for only 67 yards on 11 attempts.
Nobody on Air Force really separated themselves from the pack offensively, but they got scores from S Dane Kinamon and TE Dalton King.
The victory improved the Aztecs' record to 7-0. The loss dropped the Falcons' record to 6-2.
San Diego State will be playing at home against the Fresno State Bulldogs at 10:30 p.m. ET next Saturday. Fresno State is also hoping to continue their momentum after a 34-26 victory over the Nevada Wolf Pack on Saturday. Air Force will have some time to rest before their next matchup, which is against the Army West Point Black Knights at 11:30 a.m. ET in two weeks at Globe Life Park in Arlington. Air Force is 1-0 after losses this year, Army 0-2.
