Arizona State vs. Colorado updates: Live NCAAF game scores, results for Saturday
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Arizona State vs. Colorado football game
Game Recap
There's no place like home for the Arizona State Sun Devils, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Saturday. They made easy work of the Colorado Buffaloes and carried off a 35-13 win. Colorado can consider this payback for the 34-31 loss they dealt the Sun Devils the last time the teams encountered one another September of 2019.
ASU QB Jayden Daniels did work as he accumulated 236 passing yards in addition to rushing for two TDs and 75 yards. Daniels' performance made up for a slower contest against the BYU Cougars last week. Daniels' sharp performance set his single-game rushing touchdown high for the season. RB Rachaad White also deserves a shout-out for his two TDs.
The Buffaloes' only offensive touchdown came from RB Alex Fontenot.
The game brought ASU to 3-1 and dropped Colorado to a mirror-image 1-3.
ASU will square off against the UCLA Bruins at 10:30 p.m. ET next Saturday at Rose Bowl. ASU and UCLA are both 1-1 after wins this season, but that symmetry won't hold for long. As for Colorado, they will face off against the USC Trojans at 2 p.m. ET next Saturday at Folsom Field. Like Colorado, USC is looking to wash their mouths of the taste of defeat after falling 42-24 to the Oregon State Beavers.
