Central Florida is losing one of its defensive stars to the NFL.
Cornerback Jacoby Glenn announced Wednesday that he will leave school early and enter the NFL Draft. It's a major loss for the Knights, which will now have to replace the entire secondary from a defensive unit that finished No. 5 nationally in total defense and No. 11 in defensive pass efficiency.
Glenn finished the 2014 season with seven interceptions and 18 passes defended; he was named co-Defensive Player of the Year by the American Athletic Conference. Glenn was also named to the AP All-America Team, the first UCF player to be so honored since running back Kevin Smith in 2007.
