CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) Gino Appleberry ran for two touchdowns, Chase Artopoeus threw a pair of touchdown passes to Jamoi Mayes and Clayton Crile added a pair of fourth-quarter field goals as Chattanooga rolled past East Tennessee State, 34-3, to earn its fifth Southern Conference victory in six games on Saturday.

Artopoeus found Mayes with a 45-yard touchdown to start the second quarter and again from 26 yards to start the second half for a 28-3 lead. Crile connected on field goals from 37- and 38-yards out.

Artopoeus was 17 of 24 for 249 yards passing and had an interception. Appleberry had 20 carries for 71 yards and Reggie Davis added 68 yards on 15 carries. Mayes had five catches for 92 yards.
