The Cincinnati Bearcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Miami of Ohio RedHawks at 7:00 p.m. ET on Saturday at Nippert Stadium. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Saturday, Cincinnati didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Pittsburgh, but they still walked away with a 27-21 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for Cincinnati.
Among those leading the charge was RB Corey Kiner, who rushed for 153 yards and punched in a rushing TD. WR Braden Smith also helped out by posting a receiving touchdown.
Meanwhile, after a disappointing three points in their last game, Miami of Ohio made sure to put some points up on the board against UMass on Saturday. Miami of Ohio took their matchup against UMass 41-28.
WR Gage Larvadain had a dynamite game for Miami of Ohio, finding the endzone on three times on 273 receiving yards. Larvadain's longest reception was for an incredible 99 yards. QB Brett Gabbert was another key contributor, throwing for 302 yards and four touchdowns on 22 attempts.
Looking ahead, Cincinnati shouldn't be too worried about this matchup, as the experts have them favored by 14 points. They finished last season with a mediocre 3-9 record against the spread, so bettors beware.
