We have already seen some surprises, but you can set your mind at ease this weekend with these straight-up winners.

UCLA at Cal: Cal is one of the most prolific passing teams in the country. Quarterback Davis Webb has transitioned into Sonny Dykes' offense with relative ease. The Bears should be able to put up a ton of points vs. a UCLA secondary that's been inconsistent this season. Bruins defensive lineman Takk McKinley will be a concern as one of the top pass rushers in the country, but since UCLA QB Josh Rosen has been sidelined with a shoulder injury, Mike Fafaul has turned the football over way too much. He's thrown 10 interceptions and is struggling to complete balls on a consistent basis. They've won one game since Fafaul has taken over as starter. Pick: Cal

Arizona State at Arizona: Both teams have struggled to be competitive during a season plagued by injuries. With state bragging rights on the line, the Sun Devils have the edge here. Both offenses can put up points when functioning properly, but each has seen multiple quarterbacks play this season. The Wildcats are still mixing in QBs, while ASU finally has Manny Wilkins back playing and their offense is showing signs of life. Freshman wideout N'Keal Harry has become an issue for opponents, and Kalen Ballage out of the backfield is special for Arizona State. I don't believe Arizona has the ability to win a shootout as decimated as their defense is. On the flip side, Arizona has to contend with a tough pass rusher in Koron Crump. The biggest question is whether ASU will stop giving up big plays on defense? I think they do this week. Pick: Arizona State

TCU at Texas: Both teams are coming off deflating losses last week as TCU was blown out by Oklahoma State while Texas lost to a team they hadn't been defeated by since 1938. Which team bounces back? Well, Texas plays at home, so they have that as an advantage ... and there's s chance linebacker Malik Jefferson returns after missing last week with a concussion. Bottom line is, there's sentiment in the Texas locker room that they can still save coach Charlie Strong's job. If that's the case, they should be motivated to beat a TCU team that's suffered their fair share of injuries on defense this season. At the end of the day, no one has been able to stop D'Onta Foreman. Pick: Texas
