Connecticut vs. Yale updates: Live NCAA Football game scores, results for Saturday
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Connecticut vs. Yale football game
The Connecticut Huskies will be returning home after a two-game road trip. They will square off against the Yale Bulldogs at noon ET on Saturday at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field. Allowing an average of 37.86 points per game, UConn has been asleep on the defensive side of the ball and will need to wake up before the game.
The Huskies came up short against the Massachusetts Minutemen last week, falling 27-13. QB Steven Krajewski had a memorable game, but not in the way you want to be remembered: despite one touchdown, he threw two interceptions with only 5.33 yards per passing attempt.
Meanwhile, Yale fought the good fight in their overtime contest against the Dartmouth Big Green last week but wound up with a less-than-desirable result, falling 24-17.
Both of these teams will be looking to put their recent losses behind them and walk away with a victory. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
