FAU vs. FORD Live updates Score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAAF game

Through 3 Quarters

The Florida Atlantic Owls were the heavy favorites here for a reason. After three quarters it's looking more and more like their high-powered offense is just too much for the Fordham Rams as Florida Atlantic lead 28-7. A victory for Fordham would counteract both their recent loss and Florida Atlantic's recent win.

The Owls have yet to string together two consecutive wins, but this may be their chance. For now, all signs point to yes.

Who's Playing

Fordham @ Florida Atlantic

Current Records: Fordham 0-2; Florida Atlantic 1-1

What to Know

The Fordham Rams fans better hope the squad plays one heck of a game Saturday as the odds are decidedly against them. They will head out on the road to face off against the Florida Atlantic Owls at 6 p.m. ET at FAU Stadium.

It was a hard-fought matchup, but Fordham had to settle for a 26-23 defeat against the Monmouth Hawks last week. The loss was just more heartbreak for the Rams, who fell 42-41 when the teams previously met in October of 2016.

Meanwhile, Florida Atlantic made easy work of the Georgia Southern Eagles last week and carried off a 38-6 victory. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Florida Atlantic had established a 31-6 advantage.

Florida Atlantic's win lifted them to 1-1 while Fordham's defeat dropped them down to 0-2. We'll see if Florida Atlantic's success rolls on or if Fordham is able to steal their positive momentum.
