Illinois vs. Indiana Live updates Score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAA Football game
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Illinois vs. Indiana football game
The Indiana Hoosiers will head out on the road to face off against the Illinois Fighting Illini at 12:00 p.m. ET on Saturday at Memorial Stadium. Illinois is favored, but seeing as the odds didn't stop Indiana in their last game, maybe the team has another upset up their sleeve.
Indiana can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They managed a 20-14 win over Wisconsin.
Nobody from Indiana had a standout game, but they got scores from Brendan Sorsby and Donaven McCulley.
Meanwhile, Illinois dodged a bullet on Saturday and finished off Minnesota 27-26.
Illinois relied on the efforts of Kaden Feagin, who gained 148 total yards and a touchdown, and Isaiah Williams, who picked up 131 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Illinois was down by five with only two minutes and 48 seconds left when they drove 86 yards for the winning score. John Paddock hit Williams from 46 yards out and that was all she wrote.
Their wins bumped Indiana to 3-6 and Illinois to 4-5.
The two teams pleased both fans and bettors in their last contests by winning and covering the spread. Going forward, Illinois is the favorite in this one, as the experts expect to see them win by six points. This contest will be Indiana's sixth straight as the underdogs (so far over this stretch they are 2-3 against the spread).
Indiana came out on top in a nail-biter against Illinois in their previous matchup back in September of 2022, sneaking past 23-20. The rematch might be a little tougher for Indiana since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
