Iowa vs. Michigan: Live updates, score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAA Football game
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Iowa vs. Michigan football game
Get ready for a Big Ten battle as the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Michigan Wolverines will face off at noon ET on Saturday at Kinnick Stadium. These two teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous games.
While not quite a landslide, the game between Iowa and the Rutgers Scarlet Knights last week was still a pretty decisive one as the Hawkeyes wrapped it up with a 27-10 win on the road. Iowa's RB Leshon Williams filled up the stat sheet, punching in one rushing touchdown.
Meanwhile, Michigan was able to grind out a solid victory over the Maryland Terrapins last week, winning 34-27. RB Blake Corum was a one-man wrecking crew for Michigan, rushing for two TDs and 243 yards on 30 carries. That nimble footwork stands out as the first time Corum has hit the 100-yard rushing mark this season.
Iowa is the clear underdog, so they're hoping it's the size of the fight that determines this one. They might be worth taking a chance on against the spread, however, as they are currently on a two-game streak of ATS wins.
Two stats to keep an eye on: The Hawkeyes haven't allowed a rushing touchdown yet this season. But the Wolverines rank first in the nation when it comes to rushing touchdowns, with 17 on the season. We'll see if Iowa's defense can keep Michigan's running backs out of the end zone.
