LOU vs. MSST updates: Live NCAAF game scores, results for Monday
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Louisville vs. Mississippi State football game
3rd Quarter Recap
Down four at the end of last quarter, the Louisville Cardinals have now snagged the lead. Sitting on a score of 24-14, they have looked like the better team out there today, but there's still one more quarter to play. They took a hit to their ego four weeks ago, so a victory here would be a pleasant pick-me-up.
QB Macale Cunningham has led the way so far for U of L, as he has passed for one TD and 230 yards on 19 attempts in addition to picking up 69 yards on the ground. Cunningham didn't help his team much against the Kentucky Wildcats, so this is a nice turnaround for him.
The Cardinals have been a nightmare for Mississippi State's offensive line with four sacks already. We'll see how many sacks the Cardinals can scare up the rest of the game.
