Nebraska running back Aaron Green announced at the end of April that he'd be transferring from the school after only a year in Lincoln, and it looks as though Green has found a new home.
Green announced on his Twitter account Friday night that he'd be transferring to TCU.
“I will be finishing my Football career at Texas Christian University AKA TCU!!" tweeted Green.
Green rushed for 130 yards on 25 carries with the Cornhuskers in 2011. He'll be joining a team that had three running backs get at least 100 carries last season in Waymon James, Ed Wesley and Matthew Tucker.
All three of those backs return in 2012, though that won't affect Green all that much if he has to sit out the 2012 season, and he's expected to.
