Game Recap
The Ohio Bobcats beat the Nevada Wolf Pack 30-21 on Friday.
It took a quarter to shake off the cobwebs, but after three first-quarter points, the Ohio offense picked up 17 points in the second quarter. Nevada countered with 9 points, leaving the score at 20-9 going into the half. Ohio was outperformed in the second half 12-10 but had enough points saved up to walk away with the win.
No one put up better numbers for the Bobcats than RB De'Montre Tuggle, who really brought his A game. He punched in one rushing touchdown.
Nevada got a solid performance out of WR Elijah Cooks, who caught 14 passes for one TD and 197 yards; unfortunately, it just wasn't enough for the victory.
The win got Ohio back to even at 6-6. The defeat dropped Nevada's record to 7-5. With that, the East Division playoffs come to an end.
