Central Michigan is 4-0 against Ohio since November of 2016, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Central Michigan Chippewas will head out on the road to face off against the Ohio Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. ET at Frank Solich Field at Peden Stadium. Central Michigan is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
Last Tuesday, Central Michigan couldn't handle Western Michigan and fell 38-28.
Central Michigan's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Jase Bauer, who threw for 205 yards and three touchdowns, and Marion Lukes who rushed for 147 yards and a touchdown. Mitchel Collier also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Ohio was not the first on the board last Tuesday, but they got there more often. They came out on top against Buffalo by a score of 20-10.
Among those leading the charge was Sieh Bangura, who rushed for 78 yards and two touchdowns.
Western Michigan's win bumped their season record to 4-6 while Central Michigan's defeat dropped theirs to 5-5.
