Rutgers vs. Wisconsin Live updates Score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAA Football game
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Rutgers vs. Wisconsin football game
The Wisconsin Badgers and the Rutgers Scarlet Knights will face off in a Big Ten clash at 3:30 p.m. ET Nov. 6 at SHI Stadium. Wisconsin has a defense that allows only 17 points per game, so RU's offense will have their work cut out for them.
The Badgers strolled past the Iowa Hawkeyes with points to spare last week, taking the contest 27-7. The team accrued 20 points in the first half and coasted on those for the win. Wisconsin QB Graham Mertz was slinging it as he passed for one TD and 104 yards on 22 attempts in addition to punching in two rushing touchdowns.
Meanwhile, RU didn't have too much breathing room in their game with the Illinois Fighting Illini last week, but they still walked away with a 20-14 victory. RU QB Noah Vedral did work as he accumulated 138 passing yards in addition to rushing for one TD and 56 yards.
Wisconsin is the favorite in this one, with an expected 13-point margin of victory. The odds have been favorable for them against the spread on the road this season, even if it's been tough sledding overall. They are 2-0 ATS in away games but only 3-4 all in all.
The wins brought Wisconsin up to 5-3 and the Scarlet Knights to 4-4. The Badgers are 3-1 after wins this season, RU 2-1.
