Toledo vs. Liberty updates: Live NCAA Football game scores, results for Tuesday
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Toledo vs. Liberty football game
The Toledo Rockets and the Liberty Flames have had some time off and are no doubt ready to hit the field. The Rockets and Liberty will compete for holiday cheer in the Boca Raton Bowl on Tuesday at FAU Stadium at 7:30 p.m. ET. Toledo should still be riding high after a victory, while Liberty will be looking to get back in the win column.
Toledo was able to grind out a solid win over the Ohio Bobcats two weeks ago, winning 17-7. RB Jacquez Stuart and QB Dequan Finn were among the main playmakers for Toledo as the former punched in one rushing touchdown and the latter passed for one TD and 154 yards on 25 attempts in addition to picking up 86 yards on the ground.
Two defensive stats to keep in the back of your head while watching: The Rockets rank 16th in the nation when it comes to passing yards allowed per game, with only 185.5 on average. As for the Flames, they enter the matchup with 41 sacks, good for fourth best in the nation.
