You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for the UCF Knights on Saturday. They steamrolled past the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats 63-14 at home.
UCF's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 35 points in the first half. Bethune-Cookman countered with 7 points. The offense for the Knights continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 28 points to put the game away. The game pushed Bethune-Cookman down to 0-2 and pulled UCF up to the reverse at 2-0.
UCF will take on the Louisville Cardinals at 7:30 p.m. ET next Friday at Cardinal Stadium. U of L is coming in off of a big 30-3 win over the Eastern Kentucky Colonels. The Wildcats will take on the Alabama A&M Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. ET on Thursday at home.
