UCLA vs. Oregon: Live updates, score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAA Football game
Live scores, highlights and updates from the UCLA vs. Oregon football game
The UCLA Bruins will be returning home after a two-game road trip. The Bruins and the Oregon Ducks will face off in a Pac-12 battle at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday at Rose Bowl. These two teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins.
UCLA beat the Washington Huskies 24-17 last week. The team accrued 17 points in the first half and coasted on those for the win. QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson had a stellar game for UCLA as he passed for two TDs and 183 yards on 26 attempts in addition to rushing for one TD and 87 yards.
Meanwhile, Oregon was able to grind out a solid victory over the California Golden Bears last Friday, winning 24-17. Oregon's RB Travis Dye did his thing and rushed for one TD and 145 yards on 19 carries. That nimble footwork stands out as the first time Dye has hit the 100-yard rushing mark this season.
This next game is expected to be close, with UCLA going off at just a 2-point favorite. Those brave souls putting their money on the Ducks against the spread have faith in an upset since their team's 0-5 record ATS can't hold a candle to UCLA's 5-2.
The wins brought the Bruins up to 5-2 and Oregon to 5-1. Two defensive stats to keep an eye on: UCLA is 219th worst in the nation in passing yards allowed per game, with 290.1 on average. Oregons have had an even harder time: they are stumbling into the matchup with the 196th most passing yards allowed per game in the nation, having given up 270.5 on average. It's possible one of these Achilles' heels will wind up tripping the losing team up.
