West Virginia's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Garrett Greene, who rushed for 55 yards and three touchdowns. Jahiem White and his 85 yards on the ground were also a key factor in West Virginia's win.
Meanwhile, the oddsmakers predicted a rough contest for BYU and boy were they right. They were dealt a punishing 35-6 loss at the hands of Texas on Saturday.
West Virginia's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for BYU, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 5-3.
Looking forward, West Virginia is the favorite in this one, as the experts expect to see them win by ten points.
