Carraway was signed by the Rams on Thursday, Vincent Bonsignore of The Athletic reports.
Carraway spent time with on the Titans and Redskins practice squads last season. The TCU product's last regular season action came in Week 4 of the 2017 season for the Titans before winding up on their practice squad. Regardless, it seems that Carraway will have another opportunity to fight for a roster spot.

Carraway last played in the Titans' Week 4 loss to the Texans before being waived and settling back on the team's practice squad. He has been called back up in order to help provide depth at outside linebacker.

A seventh-round selection in April's draft, Carraway was let go by the Titans in order to make room for quarterback Brandon Weeden on the active roster. The rookie linebacker was inactive for the first four games of the season.

The Titans selected Carraway in the seventh round of the 2017 NFL Draft, 227th overall.
Carraway was a defensive standout at TCU, registering 21.5 tackles for loss and 16 total sacks over the last two seasons. He's quick and can bend around the edge, but he is light for a pass rusher by NFL standards. He'll need to add bulk, but he could be a part of the Titans' pass-rushing corps in time.
