Brooks tallied nine tackles (eight solo) during Sunday's 20-3 win over the Browns.
Brooks finished Sunday's game as the Dolphins' second-leading tackler behind Tyrel Dodson (15). Brooks has logged at least seven combined tackles in 14 of 16 games this season, and on the year he's up to 137 tackles (83 solo), including 3.0 sacks, five pass defenses and two fumble recoveries. He'll look to add to his total in a must-win game against the Jets next Sunday.

He was listed as a limited practice participant throughout this week, but he appears set to suit up Sunday. Brooks (quadriceps) was listed as a limited participant in Baltimore's practice estimate Wednesday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Brooks' estimation as a limited participant is an encouraging sign that the quadriceps injury he suffered during the team's Week 16 win over the 49ers is not serious. Based on his availability in practice on Thursday and Friday, the 27-year-old should have a chance to play in Sunday's matchup versus the Browns.

Dolphins' Jordyn Brooks: Could be available Week 17
Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel expressed optimism about Brooks' chances of playing Sunday in Cleveland after suffering quadricep and knee injuries in Miami's 29-17 win over the 49ers in Week 16, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
Brooks logged his third sack of the campaign and recorded seven tackles in the win over San Francisco, but he played a season-low 77 percent of the defensive snaps after exiting early in the fourth quarter. He managed to return to the field for the 49ers' final offensive drive, and based on McDaniel's comments, Brooks appears to have experienced no setbacks while doing so. Brooks' practice participation will be worth monitoring this week to determine his status for this Sunday's contest.

Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel is optimistic about Brooks' (quadriceps/knee) status for Sunday's game against the Browns, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
