  • Eagles' Jalyx Hunt: Leads team with 6.5 sacks

Hunt finished his second NFL season with a team-leading 6.5 sacks as well as 52 tackles, three interceptions, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.

It was a productive year for the 2024 third-round pick, who played a limited role as a rookie. He even found the end zone for the first time, picking off former Eagle Carson Wentz in Week 7 and returning it 42 yards for a touchdown. While he was only nominally the starter in nine games, he played the seventh-most snaps among all Eagles defenders, and he should remain a key playmaker for the Philadelphia defense next season.

  • Eagles' Jalyx Hunt: Sacks Allen twice in Week 17 win

Hunt logged seven tackles (two solo), including 2.0 sacks, during the Eagles' 13-12 win over the Bills on Sunday.

Hunt finished Sunday's game tied for the third-most tackles on the Eagles and was responsible for two of the team's five sacks on Josh Allen, including a 19-yard takedown early in the fourth quarter that took the Bills out of field-goal range. It was the second time this season that Hunt logged at least 2.0 sacks in a game, and the second-year linebacker is up to 50 tackles (26 solo), including 6.5 sacks, two interceptions (including a pick-six) and two forced fumbles through 16 regular-season games.

  • Eagles' Jalyx Hunt: Piles up 2.5 sacks

Hunt recorded eight tackles (four solo), 2.5 sacks and a fumble recovery in Monday's 22-19 overtime loss to the Chargers.

Hunt posted just 2.0 sacks through the first 12 games, but he more than doubled up with this outstanding performance. The 2024 third-round pick continues to play around 60 percent of the defensive snaps in each game. He's now tied for the team lead in sacks (4.5) with Jordan Davis. However, Hunt's low tackle total (40 through 13 games) is still a liability for fantasy purposes.

  • Eagles' Jalyx Hunt: Nabs interception in Week 13 loss

Hunt recorded three tackles and an interception in Friday's loss to the Bears.

Hunt also notched two QB hits Friday. His pickoff came midway through the third period and set up Philadelphia in Chicago territory, but the ensuing drive ended when Jalen Hurts lost a fumble. Hunt has two interceptions on the season -- his other one was a pick-six in Week 7 against Minnesota.

  • Eagles' Jalyx Hunt: Quiet outing in win

Hunt recorded one solo tackle in Philadelphia's win over the Lions on Sunday.

Hunt was unable to replicate his level of production from a week ago, when he recorded five solo tackles in the team's win over Green Bay. The 2024 third-round pick will look to have a bounce-back performance during the team's Week 12 matchup versus the Cowboys.

  • Eagles' Jalyx Hunt: Sacks Love in victory

Hunt posted five tackles (all solo), including 1.0 sacks, in Monday's 10-7 win over Green Bay.

Hunt made a big play early, sacking Jordan Love for an 11-yard loss on the Packers' first series after Green Bay had entered Eagles territory. That drive ultimately ended in a punt, setting the tone for a game-long defensive battle. Hunt has notched a sack in two straight games around Philadelphia's Week 9 bye. Prior to the two-game stretch, he hadn't recorded a sack in any of his first seven contests.

  • Eagles' Jalyx Hunt: Gets sack in win

Hunt finished with four solo tackles, including 1.0 sacks, in Sunday's 38-20 win over the Giants.

The second-year pro had not yet recorded a sack before Sunday despite playing on more than half of the defensive snaps in every game. Hunt has 19 tackles (seven solo), a pick-six and a forced fumble through eight contests. He remains in a starting role on the edge.

  • Eagles' Jalyx Hunt: Records pick-six in Week 7 win

Hunt tallied one tackle and a pick-six during the Eagles' 28-22 win over the Vikings on Sunday.

Hunt gave the Eagles a 14-3 lead early in the second quarter, when he picked off a Carson Wentz pass intended for Justin Jefferson and returned it 42 yards for the touchdown. It was Hunt's first interception of his two-year NFL career, and he has opened the 2025 regular season with 15 tackles (three solo), one interception and one forced fumble through seven games.
