Seattle signed Steele on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
As Riq Woolen deals with a chest injury and the Seahawks' pass defense struggles to find its footing, Seattle saw fit to bring Steele on board at cornerback. He's not likely to see much playing time right away, but his good speed and burst could help him find his way onto the field eventually.
