Daniel is scheduled to start Tuesday's game against the Yankees on the road.

Daniel will stick around as the Angels' No. 5 starter for another turn after he showed well in his return to the big leagues this past Wednesday, when he limited the Rockies to one run over five innings while striking out five batters. The right-hander will draw a tougher test for his second turn through the rotation, but barring a disaster of an outing in The Bronx, Daniel should have some staying power in a starting role with the Halos.
