Neto was pulled from Wednesday's game against St. Louis after suffering an apparent injury, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Neto appeared to take a pitch to his right hand on a bunt attempt during the fifth inning. He remained in the game to finish his at-bat but was pulled before the bottom of the frame. He should be considered day-to-day until more information is available.
