Correa went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 7-6 win over the Athletics.
Correa hit a solo shot off Domingo Acevedo in the eighth inning to put the Astros up by three runs. He finished the campaign with two long balls in his last three games. The 26-year-old slashed .279/.366/.485 with 26 homers, 92 RBI and 104 runs scored in 640 plate appearances during the regular season.
