Manager A.J. Hinch remains confident McHugh (arm) will be ready for the Opening Day roster, and the club plans on ramping up his activity sometime in the next week, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.
McHugh reported a case of dead arm around the time camp started, but he threw his first bullpen workout Monday and doesn't appear to be in jeopardy of missing time. Still, fantasy players should stay on top of his status before considering adding him to pitching staffs in deep mixed leagues.
