Keuchel (neck) was scheduled to play catch Tuesday, Brian McTaggart of the Astros' official site reports.
While we haven't learned any details about Keuchel's throwing session, manager A.J. Hinch did say he was progressing nicely. The Astros will evaluate Keuchel the day after his session and will be in a better position to determine what exactly his availability is going to be. He's eligible to be activated off the disabled list Saturday and would likely start that day's game against the Orioles.
