Murphy is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Diamondbacks.

Murphy broke out of his season-long slump in Monday's 9-5 victory, going 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles while also reaching base on a hit by pitch. He'll cede catching duties to Aramis Garcia in the series finale, but expect Murphy to return behind the plate Thursday against the Tigers.
