Neal (2-3) allowed four runs on eight hits while striking out two over 4.2 innings to take the loss Sunday against the White Sox.
After moving out of the bullpen, Neal's allowed 10 runs in 15.1 innings over three starts, and has a 5.49 ERA on the season.
