Gelof went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run and two doubles in Sunday's 8-4 win over the Blue Jays.

Gelof took Chris Bassitt deep in a six-run first inning and avoided striking out for the first time in eight August contests. He has tallied three multi-hit games in that span and his average now stands above the Mendoza Line at .201 for the first time since July 20. While the second baseman has certainly struggled in that department all season, he does have 15 homers and 14 steals across 378 plate appearances.
