Horn (elbow) was released by the Tigers on Monday.
Horn underwent Tommy John surgery in July and will presumably remain out for the majority of the 2027 season while rehabbing. He last appeared in the big leagues in 2025 with Detroit, posting a 1.59 ERA and 1.59 WHIP with a 10:7 K:BB across 11.1 innings.
